Leadership Coaching

Our Leadership Coaching Model can identify the developmental areas that will improve individual leadership capabilities, while creating a stronger leadership ensemble. Through our leadership coaching process we are able to:

  • Assess the leader’s strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide the leader with developmental support and guidance
  • Focus the leader on the areas of the business and the organization where he or she can have the greatest impact
  • Prepare the leader to support strategic initiatives

Leadership Coaching Process

Our leadership coaching process is highly tailored but typically includes the following steps:

  • Review of the leader’s performance history
  • Interviews with his/her colleagues
  • Observation of the leader in work assignments
  • Meetings with the leader in order to:
    • Jointly assess the leader’s areas for improvement
    • Gain agreement on a Personal Development Plan (PDP)
    • Provide development assignments consistent with the PDP
    • Review progress against the PDP and provide coaching to ensure its successful completion
