Deborah C. Mather
Deborah C. Mather brings to 3D Leadership over 25 years of leadership and organization development experience. She is uniquely qualified to help organizations formulate their human capital needs and select and integrate executives into top-level positions.
Ms. Mather joined 3D Leadership from CHM Partners International, a global leader in retained executive search and management consulting. As a CHM partner, Ms. Mather worked with clients in a cross-section of industries to identify the core competencies needed to successfully carry out their strategy. She led searches for senior-level executives and directors and developed plans for their integration into the organization. She also provided one-on-one coaching to enhance senior managers’ leadership skills and consulted with them on ways to improve their performance.
Prior to becoming a partner in CHM, Ms. Mather was a partner and executive vice president of Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in strategic and operational excellence. Ms. Mather’s responsibilities encompassed the management of all corporate functions, including: marketing, finance, legal, product development, human resources, management information systems, administration, publishing, and distribution. In combination, these functions comprised over 50 percent of the company’s workforce. She served on Kepner-Tregoe’s Executive Committee and Strategic Leadership Committee and was a member of its Board of Directors.
Ms. Mather joined Kepner-Tregoe from Corning, Inc., where she held a number of senior-level positions in sales, marketing, and general management in both the Consumer Products and Technical Products Divisions. Her last position with Corning was as business manager for Serengeti© Eyewear.
Ms. Mather has received the Princeton, New Jersey YWCA award for “Most Outstanding Professional Woman of the Year.” She has been an active member of the Workforce Council of the National Alliance of Business and the Administrative Council of the Conference Board, and has served on the committee of the National Fund Raising Board of the American Heart Association.
Ms. Mather earned her B.S., M.S., and M.B.A. at Florida State University.
